Filter - Material member - Struck

Hi Team.

I'm having BO analysis for excel running on top BW(on HANA) query, When the users trying to restrict on material then its trying to get all the values in the info object that makes the excel to wait for time and struck. Can you please let me know if we have any option to restrict only 1st 500 or to show filter only which are there in the excel.
